The ability to change with time is an often overlooked capability. You see it most in business books where they discuss companies founded in the 1900’s that couldn’t make the change to the current technological world we now live in.
In this case, we talk about the fitness industry. We’ve seen it most with restaurants having to make the change to delivery and online orders only, but one industry that had a quite difficult time adapting to COVID-19’s drastic impact was/is the fitness industry.
Beltran (@mariobfit) and Hunger in the Wild Gym were already ahead of the game when COVID struck, implementing online programs for all of their clients prior to the pandemic. They “if anything made more clients” as soon as things shut down.
